On Effort and Ease. Lately, I have had the privilege of taking some time out to witness my thought patterns. The latest thought which got me stuck rather awestruck, was in the discovery of an active relationship between effort and ease. Effort is the effect of internal willingness to make a change; perform an act, decide, think or act in a way that shifts something within oneself and eventually, outside. Ease, as I understand; is a state of being. Where one’s own beliefs and actions; align with one’s pre decided intentions. It appeared to me that more effort does not necessarily produce more ease. But there seemed to be a link between the two, in some form or the other. Maybe the amount of effort put in the right direction; at the right time, delivers ease? I was not sure, so I decided to pen down my thoughts related to efforts and ease.
