Of ebbs and flows.





The role of some is to entice, then advice,
the role of some others ,is to spread calm -then rejoice.
Roles may vary from destiny to destiny,
but we remain the same , from journey to journey.

The “scenes and settings “do play a part,
space in sight, causes expansion of the heart.
A flow , then takes over, willing the mind to expand,
to be able to look beyond the dark clouds, overshadowing the moon in sight.

The beauty of “what is “ then begins to surface,
gently, slowly , at a pace unknown, but- filled with grace.
The newness  in the calm can be baffling,
 but ,fret not-for the results won’t be - stifling .

The mind opens up like a carpet, willing to be spread,
over the portion of the brain that hasn’t been well fed.
The ego is challenged, for this is a test,
but perform your task with accuracy, and leave the rest.


Faith plays an important part, for not all is gone,
 so ,tell the mind to be patient, as the dusk turns to gold- dawn.
The controls are in the Prana, breath for the loon,
release it, set it loose, thrust it out -to feel your life in “bloom”

“Restraints” are “guarantees “given by life,
our bodies come with a contract , to be kept as a wife.
We make our destiny each day, as we act upon our will,
we shape our fortune jars, with intense thoughts ,that go for the kill.

We need to calm down, and give ourselves whatever we need,
following which , the instinct of survival becomes the guiding inner Instinct.
We are all a part of this food chain, 
as consumers and not the prey , so stop playing ! silly , meaningless -juvenile mind games.

Ever had to lie to a boyfriend, hairstylist or a friend about the incessant scalp itching and as to why your nails are constantly digging into your scalp and your face looks like its going to explode??? The Right Privilege

The Right Privilege Today the voice of the Nation (News ) is talking about an end of an era. An era that was defined by a sense of entitlement that permeated through the layers of society and displayed itself through entitled aristocrat like behaviour.  The new age is about rights. Rights that are earned and cannot be passed on as privilege .They can be passed down through skill share. Hence the reestablishment of the Guru -Shishya parampara . (Teacher-Student tradition) What is entitlement? It is as if everything is owed to you. There is no room for choices or acknowledgement for the giver. Leave alone a thank you.
